Cavitation intensity
In applications with low cavitation and medium intensity, the trim Alpha are an economical and effective solution to minimize the harmful effects of the collapse of the bubbles. The retainer, with staggered diametrically opposite holes, directing the jets towards the center of the body and away bubbles on metal surfaces.

Noise level
Reduction
The valves equipped with internal Beta reduce the noise level in applications with gases up to 20 dBA. The attenuator is designed with a series of holes that reduce the pressure in stages and control turbulence which is propagated by the downstream piping.

Using the same principles of the Beta type valve internals, the Beta attenuator plates are installed downstream of the control valves to reduce overall noise levels. Each plate can be provided with up to four stages drilled, providing reductions of up to 15 dBA, depending on the type of gas and pressure drop ratio.

and gases
Internal Delta effectively reduce the noise produced by gases and liquids and eliminate the effects of cavitation. The cartridge comprises a stack of disks with grooves engineered causes a series of expansions and contractions of the fluid, reducing the pressure gradually.

Cavitation in liquids
The Gamma trim eliminate the damage caused by cavitation and minimize hydrodynamic noise even under the most severe liquid applications. Gamma cartridge is designed to produce a total pressure drop through the valve in stages, avoiding cavitation throughout the entire path of the fluid through the valve.

Omicron
Cavitation in
low flow rates
To prevent damage caused by cavitation, the use of internal Omicron should be considered when the application involves high differential pressures and very low flow rates. The head of the obturator has grooves that extend spirally along its length and intersect several times. The fluid passing through the channels experiences a continuous increase in the passage area, and pressure reduction occurs in stages.

Omega
Cavitation in
low flow rates
Internal Omega are designed for applications with liquids intense cavitation system and low flow rates. Based on the same principles of internal gamma, omega have an internal cartridge with channels and orifices which is part of the shutter and is guided by the seat. The perforated cartridge may contain up to 5 stages for the gradual reduction of pressure, with the operating fluid should be clean and free of particles.
